Recently, China Logistics Co., LTD., a subsidiary of China Logistics, has finished the loading task for the shipment of 100 vehicles to Laos. With the road-rail transport mode, the vehicles were packed in CIMC Park in Chongqing, transferred to Chongqing Central Station, and finally arrived in Laos via the China-Laos Railway. To address packing problems, the project team employed multi-angle strategies and finally achieved a "low-cost high-loading" solution that reduced the transportation cost per unit by more than 20%.
To assure customers about the vehicles in transit, the project team has adopted modular detachable brackets and steel frame shock absorption devices, and also adopted anti-rust coating design in response to the high-temperature and high-humidity environment in Southeast Asia, thus guaranteeing the achievement of excellent operating costs and safety.
